Is there a specific admission period for the next academic year?

The admission period  It begins on February 1 of each current year. From this date, personal interviews with the students will begin and places are awarded in order of arrival.

This period does not have a specific duration, but from our experience in previous years, starting in June, it is difficult to obtain a place.

If I am an international student, can I request proof of accommodation for visa or customs?

Yes, the Residence provides proof of accommodation to international students who request it to present it to customs or for their visa.

The receipt will be delivered once the reservation has been formalized.

Do I need to bring bed or bath clothes?

The Residence will make available to the residents two sets of bedding and two sets of towels.

If the residents want to bring their own belongings there is no problem.

The bed and bath linen will be washed by the Residence Hall staff once a week, regardless of whether the linen belongs to the student or the Residence.

What are the entrance and exit times of the Residence?

Our Residence is open 24 hours a day and has a 24-hour concierge service every day of the week. There is a 24-hour concierge service.  

When the departures are for a period of more than 24 hours or you do not sleep in the Residence, it is necessary to notify and register it in the Counseling Office.

What are the dining room service hours?

The Residence has extended hours for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

If for any reason the student cannot attend at that time, her food will be stored in the kitchens that the residents have enabled.

What if I have food allergies or food intolerances?

Our kitchen staff makes suitable menus for students with food allergies or intolerances, prior notification to the kitchen.
